Had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this practice! We will be back. Dr. Is excellent. My husband had a dental emergency on a Sunday and the doctor called us himself and texted us back and forth. Office staff very nice too! Definitely look at this practice for a great dentist.

Our dental cleaning experience was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, taking time to explain each step and ensure we were at ease. What truly stood out was the amount of time they dedicated to the cleaning itself, never rushed, always attentive , which genuinely reflects their care and empathy. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and thoughtful approach made a noticeable difference. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill with such genuine compassion, but they truly deliver both.

I had a great experience as a new patient getting a last minute appointment on a Saturday to get a crown (well a temp tooth and sizing). Both Doctors, the hygienist, and the reception team all made me feel comfortable and meet all my needs. They kept me up to date on the crowns status and remained flexible scheduling the setting of the crown. An emergency visit turned into my new established dentist.

I cannot say enough about the care I received during a recent visit from Dr. Hoepfner. I had two teeth receding from the gum. He was able to show me the area with pictures from digital imaging technology on a screen. I had experienced oral surgery and gum crafting years ago and it was a painful procedure so I was concerned. Dr. Hoepfner immediately put my mind at ease and explained how the new treatment only required a resin bonding. I did not need numbing, it was a quick procedure, no pain and no recovery time. Dr. Hoepfner's knowledge, ability to communicate effectively in addition to his warm personality makes you trust his judgement and care plan. He is outstanding! (I saw Dr. Georgia on another visit and she was also excellent). His staff is also exceptional. Sara, the hygienist is great! She is gentle through, caring and very personable. Marybeth, the receptionist is efficient and awesome. She new that I did not have dental insurance and recommended a plan offered through their office. It was a significant savings and I would recommend taking advantage of this opportunity. Dr. Hoepfner and is team are outstanding and have exceeded my expectations.

My family absolutely loves Renew Dental Loft! The doctors, and the entire staff are super friendly and accommodating. I suffer from dental anxiety, but this office is so comforting and understanding, that I feel totally calm when I’m here!
